Biography
Eseraele (Izzy) Teklemariam is a Los Angeles based multidisciplinary artist with a creative journey that started in Ethiopia as he honed his skills in painting, sculpting, and architectural design. After moving to the United States, Izzy found the digital medium as a new creative frontier and spent many years in academia studying animation at Cal State Los Angeles and filmmaking at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts. In the last few years, Izzy extended his pursuit in design and motion graphics while working with notable companies like Hulu, FX, and most recently at Apple as a Frameworks designer.
Aside from his devotion to the arts, Izzy’s proudest achievement is Imaginarium Academy. A blueprint for a creative academy rooted in the philosophy of kindness, early exposure, and a belief that every person deserves the opportunity to reach their full creative potential.
